For the last
thirteen years I have been the Chef and Owner of a very successful
Italian Restaurant in Westchester County New York. As such, I developed
my own sauces and have sold them through the establishment. On many
occasions patrons have suggested that I sell my product in fine
gourmet food stores. Taking their advice, I have done just that.
After many years of developing and perfecting these all-natural
sauces, I have brought them to retail and wholesale markets. The
secret to my sauces unique and unparalleled flavor lies within the
tomatoes. I have personally traveled to Southern Italy to hand select
only the finest San Marzano Italian Plum Tomatoes. My sauces are
made by combining these irresistibly full flavored tomatoes and
a special blend of fresh herbs and spices, which gives the sauce
a fresh light homemade taste. The sauces are shelf stable and are
made in small batches to insure quality and consistency.
